Job Description

An Automotive parts manufacturer company near Smyrna, TN is searching for a full-time Sales Support Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of B2B customer service experience and understand manufacturing business customers’ needs.

Responsibilities - Sales Support Coordinator:

· Maintain a good relationship with existing clients’ accounts.

· Support clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service.

· Support existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions.

· Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner

· Utilize various communication methods (Phone, Email, Onsite visitation)

· Maintain communication with other departments and managements for update on account.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Sales Support Coordinator:

· Associates in business administration, supply chain management Marketing, Communication, and related field

· At least 3-5 years of B2B inside sales/ order management experience in preferably manufacturing industries.

· Proficient using MS Office Suite and SAP ERP software.

· Great communication skills

· Great Negotiation Skills and Time Management Skills
