Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in person and through written communication
- Conduct warm calling to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Provide technical sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in technical sales or selling technology products is preferred
- Leadership qualities to drive results and motivate team members
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
