Responsabilités principales :

  • S’assurer de l’entière satisfaction du client par rapport à son véhicule;
  • Organiser et coordonner les livraisons des véhicules aux clients, leur faire visiter la concession et les présenter au directeur, au conseiller après-vente et à tout autre employé concerné;
  • Traiter rapidement les problèmes ou les plaintes des clients en informant immédiatement le directeur des ventes;
  • Effectuer du classement pour divers documents;


Qualifications et compétences requises:

  • Posséder une expérience pertinente en vente et en service à la clientèle;
  • Avoir de l’entregent, posséder un excellent service à la clientèle et être passionné par la vente;
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression;
  • Professionnalisme, courtoisie et présentation soignée;
  • Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler en équipe;

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction with their vehicle;
  • Organize and coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, show them around the dealership and introduce them to the manager, the after-sales advisor and any other employee concerned;
  • Handle customer problems or complaints promptly by informing the Sales Manager immediately;
  • Perform filing for various documents;
  • Perform other duties as required and directed by management.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant sales and customer service experience;
  • Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
  • Ability and interest in working as part of a team;
