Zillow Flex Account Manager paid by commission, remote work.
We are a fast-paced Real Estate team in Lake Mendocino, Sonoma, Solano, and Napa areas in Northern California. Our primary goal is to lead the industry through technology and services provided to our clients. We have an expectation of 5-star service which we accomplish through the highest levels of training, support, and systems.
We believe in high levels of accountability and leaving our egos at the door.
We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of the Zillow Flex account who has a love for technology and system efficiency.
We are a fast-paced, industry-leading Real Estate Team looking for an experienced tech guru to join us! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's lead account, distributing leads, and assisting the team in converting leads.
The ideal candidate should have a drive to invent and improve, a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities all driving towards the same goal.
Compensation:$30,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement processes to successfully find active and promising leads for agents on the team
- Data entry and account management to maintain the highest scores on Zillow Flex
- Work with agents to assist with converting leads
- Conduct regular system audits
- Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner

- Ability to balance the needs of the Sales Department with the practical side of the Operations Department

Real Estate background is a major bonus, we are primarily looking for someone who can come in and build with us to increase efficiency and opportunity primarily through technology.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License is recommended but not mandatory for this Account Manager position in Santa Rosa, CA, US
- Being tech-savvy is essential
- Strong emphasis on being a team player
- Demonstrating focus and self-discipline is crucial
