Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (OSR)
Location: Roseville, MN – Servicing the Twin Cities

What You’ll Do:
As an OSR, you’ll play a key role in our company by:
- Prospecting and generating leads: You will work alongside your team to identify new business opportunities. Because, let’s face it, everyone loves IT… until the day it doesn’t work! You’ll seek out businesses that need more than just tech support; they need a strategic partner who can align technology with their business goals.
- Conducting needs assessments: Conducting needs assessments to understand client pain points and positioning us as their trusted IT partner and advisor helping them grow with the right solutions.
- Building and nurturing relationships: You’re not just a technology partner; you’re their strategic partner—a go-to resource for both business and technology insight that keeps their operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person, forging connections with key decision-makers.
- Managing the full sales cycle: From initial conversations to closing the deal, you’ll lead clients through the journey of discovering how we can help transform their business, one solution at a time.
- Leveraging your industry knowledge: Stay updated on the latest in IT and business trends so you can offer clients valuable insights and position us as the partner they rely on to stay competitive.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service (IT or managed services experience a plus!)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence all levels, including executive and C-level
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License and the flexibility to travel as needed
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Performance Indicators:
We measure success through your sales activities, pipeline health, revenue generated, and your ability to maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions. If you’re passionate about tech, love a challenge, and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, and hear; the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds (think: laptop bags, not barbells). Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work environment: While performing this job's duties, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate although you might encounter the occasional server hum or office chatter.
- Travel: Travel is required as needed, so being comfortable with getting around the Twin Cities is essential. This isn’t a “stuck behind a desk” role, so you’ll enjoy variety in your day with plenty of fresh air and new locations.
