in Charlotte NC at a leading company specializing in the quick acquisition and sale of

single-family homes.

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will own initiatives that boost sales effectiveness

and spearhead property analyses to pinpoint prime investment opportunities. This

position is crucial for those who excel under the pressure of making quick, impactful

decisions and leading a team to exceed market goals. Your responsibilities will include

developing sales strategies, leading a small team of Inside and Outside Sales

Representatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your insights will be

crucial in evaluating properties for investment potential, contributing to our rapid

expansion across multiple markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct and escalate sales strategies and operations, ensuring alignment with our aggressive growth targets.
  • Train, lead and grow a small team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives, fostering an environment of success and swift execution.
  • Ensure the team possesses robust knowledge of real estate markets, effective marketing techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct ride-a longs and call audits with sales representatives to refine sales techniques and processes.
  • Analyze real estate markets to identify lucrative investment opportunities, driving rapid expansion in multiple regions.
  • Address customer concerns and lead by example, upholding the brand with confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage warm leads and prospect your own book of business.
  • Initiate and nurture high-value business relationships, leveraging your natura leadership to enhance business prospects.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in leadership roles. 2-3 years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Dynamic decision-making skills and the ability to act decisively in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on market and data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, commanding presence, and the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Full-time position.
  • Onsite role with frequent travel within the territory required.

Pay: $70,131.00 - $89,722.00 per year
