We're seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Market Enginuity to support our partner CapRadio. Qualifications and Attributes:

Passionate Pursuit of New Business: Thrive on breaking new ground in the business world.

Expertise in Crafting Win-Win Solutions: Excel in identifying needs, crafting compelling win-win solutions, and presenting them to C Suite decision-makers.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in outside B2B sales and strategic account management.

Comprehensive Business Acumen: Exhibit a broad understanding of the customer journey and the ability to assist sponsors with their marketing challenges.

Networker and Connector: In tune with the dynamic Sacramento market and business community, naturally inclined to network and connect.

Clean Driving Record: Hold a clean driving record.

With a deep appreciation for public media, we've spent two decades building an organization dedicated to fueling mission-driven, educational, and inspiring independent media. Compensation: Base Pay $60,000 and $20,000 incentives, uncapped. Plus bonuses.
