Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will do this through door to door knocking & canvassing. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong desire to succeed. No Experience Needed!
Duties:
- Generate leads and set up appointments
- Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and active listening
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Update customer information and interactions in Salesforce CRM system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
