Description
Responsible for answering customer enquiries, selling immigration products and services over the phone, through email, and in person.
Responsibilities
- As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, assessing their immigration needs, and promoting and selling our exclusive immigration services.
- Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, understanding client requirements, and presenting appropriate immigration solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with the immigration team to ensure the smooth processing of applications and maintain a strong knowledge of immigration laws and regulations. This position requires exceptional communication and sales skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures.
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Respond to client inquiries promptly, address concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with colleagues and paralegals, to exchange knowledge and insights, seek guidance on complex cases, and contribute to a supportive team environment. Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Regular follow up on inquiries, follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures. Familiarity with various immigration programs, including work permits, study permits, permanent residency applications, and citizenship applications. Knowledge of different visa categories and their requirements is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Ability to explain complex immigration concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing applications and reviewing documents. Ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies and take appropriate action.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport with clients, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to collaborate with immigration regional paralegal managers.
- Exceptional recordkeeping and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
