We are hiring a commercial lines account manager/producer to join a dynamic team in Melbourne, FL. The commercial lines account manager/producer will be a team player who excels at supporting fellow team members constructively and positively. Responsibilities:
Managing and renewing existing commercial book of business
Spending time out of the office calling on potential clients
Maintaining relationships with commercial underwriters
Develop substantial relationships with current commercial clients
Provide exceptional customer service
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Some experience with managing policies for restaurants, private doctor's offices, manufacturing facilities, and artisan contractors
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2-20 License is a MUST
3 years experience quoting, writing, and managing commercial lines policies is a MUST
Extensive knowledge of commercial lines markets, products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate insurance concepts to clients
Ability to work independently
