Responsibilities

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for integrating with our sales Department to acquire new accounts through a variety of means, including canvassing, phone sales and follow-ups.
  • Increasing branch revenue: acquiring new business, skill marketing, pump calls and quality check ins with clients.
  • Contribute to sales by providing leads from applicants, & client referrals.
  • Attending sales appointments, shadow on sales calls, and meeting with prospects and existing clients.
  • Must be aware of all hot prospects, open leads, new accounts, accounts closing soon, transfers, and sales appointments.
  • Track your data and create a plan of action to meet your sales goals.
  • Finding new and creative ways to attract talent and clients.
  • Consistently connecting with potential new clients through various platforms to maintain an available pipeline at all times.

Job Duties

  • Prospect Four to Five days out on the field
  • Collect 15 to 20 Business cards for potential prospects (Gather as much information while out on the field)
  • Make phone calls to potential prospects to schedule appointments
  • Update Prospect Funnel every Friday with the outcome
  • Close one account a week

SELL - Increase selling opportunities within a targeted market; identifying prospects, landing meetings, presenting solutions and signing new business.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Develop strategies to grow business inside of existing client portfolios while ensuring customer satisfaction.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT - Track and enter all activity and adjust as needed to meet all sales and hiring goals on time and in budget.

Other Responsibilities

SOURCE - Interview candidates to find the perfect matches for available jobs, temporary and full time.

RELATIONSHIPS - Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates, teammates and clients.

STRATEGY - Implement creative recruiting strategies to expand current talent pool.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years sales experience, demonstrating activity that drove growth with existing and new clients. College degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in Staffing is a must but not needed, Full-Desk Recruiting, Business Development, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition preferred. No experience in HR or Staffing, don't worry we will train you!
  • Business acumen to quickly understand client environments and articulate The Right Hire staffing service value proposition.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Reliable Transportation (Gas mileage will be compensated or use of company car)

Schedule is Monday-Friday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate is DOE - must having prior staffing and sales experience, MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH)
