Job Description:
The individual will be a member of the sales team. The primary responsibility is to manage customized services for US-based customers, which includes but is not limited to:
  • Work with the local sales rep to sell customized services.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with the clients.
  • Directly work with the clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure completion of the project and delivery of the finished products and reports.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirement:
  • PhD or Masters in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or similar field.
  • Training experience in protein biochemistry, antibody development, and immunology is preferred.
  • Experience with project management and customer facing duties is preferred.
  • Have a good understanding of biologic research, drug discovery, and diagnostics field, and the relevant technologies, products, and services.
  • Ability to learn fast; multi-task and prioritize and work independently.
  • Travel 10-15%.
