Arxada is looking for a Senior Account Manager (REMOTE), based in Morristown, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining existing business and growing the net sales and margin for the assigned customer territory. The market associated with this role will mainly be Food and Beverage and Industrial Water,
Essential Job Functions:
  • Responsible for the delivery of annually budgeted net sales and margin for the assigned customers within the territory.
  • Develops a deep understanding of the key customers, their current & future requirements and translates this into tangible projects & opportunities.
  • Drives new business opportunities and defines actions for their delivery (communicate through SFDC, etc.).
  • Collaborates closely with all organisational functions (Marketing, Product Management, R&D, TS&D, Regulatory and other support functions) in order to achieve targets via efficiency in utilization of internal resources.
  • Ensures a robust opportunity pipeline and brings projects from initiation to successful commercialization
  • Accountable for all assigned customers’ related R&D and commercial projects.
  • Builds relationship at all levels with the customers to ensure a regular information flow with all key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Accurate forecasting and demand planning for the assigned direct accounts.
  • Maximize the profitability of sales thorough implementation of selling prices via challenger methodology and driving value. Optimization of cash flow through management payment terms and overdues.
  • Develops on an on-going basis, the market intelligence required to gain competitive information as well as identify new applications for existing products to gain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business (preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Possess a deep understanding of the key customers, their current & future requirements and translates this into tangible projects & opportunities.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience required

Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
