We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wine Club Concierge. The Wine Club Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued wine club members, providing personalized assistance, cultivating strong relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Proactively engage with wine club members via phone, email, and other communication channels to enhance their membership experience.
- Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting members with wine selections, club benefits, and account management.
- Wine Recommendations: Utilize expertise in wine to make personalized recommendations based on members' preferences, taste profiles, and occasions.
- Club Events: Coordinate and promote wine club events, tastings, and exclusive member gatherings, ensuring seamless execution and maximum member participation.
- Membership Retention: Implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall retention and growth of the wine club.
- Administration: Maintain accurate member records, process orders, and manage inventory to support efficient operations of the wine club program, help to curate shipments.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing manager, retail manager, and wine making teams to align efforts and optimize member engagement initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, new wine releases, and emerging wine regions to continually expand knowledge and provide valuable insights to members.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Wine: Deep appreciation and knowledge of wines.
- Customer-Centric: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outgoing and proactive.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience wine direct platform.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
