This Job description is for Sale/Marketing and General Office manager of Working Capitol, an award-winning co-working space.
Qualifications:
· B.S. in Business. Concentration in Marketing, Finance and/or International Business required.
· 1-2 years’ experience a plus not required.
· Experience with online sales platforms/ strategy a plus.
· Experience with basic Facebook/ Social media business/ sales strategies
· Interest and/or Background within the field of Design, Architecture, Construction a plus.
Skills:
· Microsoft Office, Google Sheets/Slides, Basic Adobe (plus, not required) Facebook & Instagram strategy, Highly Organized, Bilingual
Job Duties (Including but not limited to:)
o Be the sales manager of Working Capitol Memberships and solicit and respond via: main phone, emails, social media, walk-ins and scheduled tours to sell monthly memberships.
o Greet members, tenants, and guests in a welcoming, professional way.
o Be available for guest/ tenant questions/ comments.
o Format and send out monthly newsletter.
o Handle basic monthly deposits, lite bookkeeping work including sending monthly invoices to tenants for printing.
o Manage WC basic website content/ Instagram/Facebook engagement.
o Be on standby for certain small IT needs although we will have an IT manager.
o Check and place order of office supplies or equipment as needed.
o Do a daily check-up to make sure everything is in order, organized and no major maintenance issues.
o Assist with preparing and clearing conference rooms as needed, and manage the booking via our booking app.
o Follow administrative documents: protocols and staff training manuals including daily walkthrough to make sure WC is in order.
Work Schedule:
o Full-Time presence at Working Capitol’s front reception desk; Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm, excluding federal holidays
Work Compensation:
o Year Base Salary Paid Every two weeks.
o Performance Bonus and Commission structure , Working Capitol Customers will be available and discussed at interviews.
o 90-Probation period.
