Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to drive business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
The sales manager position is 5 days a week including weekends.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and market trends
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding customer expectations

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
