Access World USA provides warehousing and logistics services. Our CSRs are responsible for managing the full spectrum of assigned LME, CME, and General Cargo client accounts. They provide seamless client services, in turn creating additional warehousing and value-added opportunities.
Position requirements- experience, education and skills:
- Quality organizational and time management skills with optimal task prioritization abilities
- Critical thinking and problem solving, with foresight and ability to anticipate customer needs as well as assess situations, diagnose issues and determine resolutions
- Ability to efficiently work independently and multitask under pressure to meet short deadlines
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with applicable software (Excel, Word, Outlook and inventory tracking systems) with the aptitude to learn and apply new software quickly
- Must be able to work additional hours as required to get work completed
- Knowledge of the warehousing of LME, CME, and General Cargo is preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum four (4) years inventory/warehouse coordination experience or possess demonstrated account management and customer service skills, with knowledge and abilities to perform below mentioned tasks
The position’s key responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight for assigned client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with Warehouse staff to ensure client’s inbound and outbound activity is handled seamlessly
- Working closely with Commercial Sales Team to enhance service opportunities
- Coordinating with Accounting to process and manage P&L, billing, and inventory
- Administration and oversight of customer inventory
- Training of administrative employees on procedures related to customer accounts
- Data management to include bill of lading, inventory control and other pertinent reports or output related to client accounts
- Working with customs brokers to ensure compliance according to CBP guidelines
- Processing various paperwork to ensure smooth operations (warehouse instructions, rent invoices, etc.)
- Ensuring regulatory compliance for LME/CME filing and other processes
- Managing and supporting other projects as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
