You will work directly with customers to deliver outstanding customer service and help guide orders from an idea to a delivered product. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our customers. We jump for new ideas and are always thrilled about a shakeup of processes for the better!

Role Facts:

We are looking for our next A-Team member to join our growing customer relations and inside sales team. You will work directly with customers to deliver outstanding customer service and help grow your book of business.

Our customer relations team is the soul of AmeriLux. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our customers and watch the excitement form as they find a product they love. We jump for new ideas and are always thrilled about a shakeup of processes for the better!

• Point of contact for assigned customers
  • Communicate quote/order updates
  • Answer product questions
  • Provide installation guidance/recommendations
• Manage sales pipeline within CRM tool
  • Follow Up on Quotes
  • Reach out to dormant or less active customers
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers
• Decipher architectural drawings to provide required material list and quote for customers projects
• Work with internal support team to generate formal quotes to provide customers
• Work directly with Operations team to coordinate order completion within customers expected timeline
