Sales Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

Banker Insulation is currently searching for a Sales/Scheduling Coordinator for the Chandler AZ branch. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M, at 32-40 hours per week depending on business needs. $23-$25 per hour DOE

Duties:

• Schedule jobs using company software
• Data entry of Production Home and other take-offs into the Quote Plus project management system
• Answer phones, email, and in-person schedule requests for customers
• Making cold calls on a daily/weekly basis
• Work with field supervisors and project coordinators to ensure all paperwork is accurate and updated as necessary to generate work orders
• Prepare work orders for crews
• Review job summaries to ensure we are prepared f23.00or upcoming projects
• Collect plans, scope specifications and other pertinent info to send to ICDz for Blueprint take-offs
• Receive Blueprint take-off information and input into project management system
• Submit bid sheets, pricing/proposals, spreadsheets, take-offs and shop drawings to the salesperson, Branch Manager or Director of Sales for delivery to Homebuilder, Homeowner or General Contractor as required.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up on bids assigned to determine project status and questions regarding the project.
• Follow up on submittals and any other necessary steps to close the project or perform the insulation
• Utilize Construction Monitor on a weekly basis to provide leads to the sales team in Chandler and if necessary other branches
• Communicate updates and important information to team and monitor progress on projects
• Provide a high level of customer service to our clients
• Collect and analyze data, develop timetables for projects and meet deadlines
• Determine staffing needs for upcoming installation jobs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
