The Account Specialist will play a crucial role in account management for both accounts payable and receivable, book keeping and employee payroll. ****MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF QUICKBOOKS AND HR EXPERIENCE**
Responsibilities:
-Payroll processing
-Book keeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Utilize Quickbooks for payroll and similar CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain customer and employee records.
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development and account management.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and Quickbooks is a must.

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
