Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud/M365 Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions for our clients. They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of the solutions deployed. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365, and will be able to provide technical leadership and expertise to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful implementation of Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft cloud and M365 security, including identity and access management, data protection, and threat protection.
  • Monitor and manage the performance, availability, and security of client environments, addressing issues as needed.
  • Lead the migration of on-premises infrastructure and services to Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Assist with the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in the areas of Microsoft cloud and M365 technologies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide pre-sales support, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and certifications
  • Clear criminal background check and credit check
  • Able to work in Canada
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work on site in Toronto, ON
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Azure services, such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools, such as Azure Resource Manager templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI+
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
