Must have:
- Proven experience in sales and production management, preferably in the manufacturing, construction, or sign industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
