We're seeking a tech-savvy individual with at least one year of IT experience to implement identity management software for our diverse client base remotely. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients, configuring software to align with their unique requirements and ensuring seamless integration into their systems. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their identity management needs and analyze existing processes.
- Design, configure, and implement tailored identity management solutions using industry-standard software.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
- Work alongside project managers and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and provide client training for solution maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of IT experience or one year Helpdesk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship-building abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
- Full-time availability with flexibility in working hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure/Entra, and other directory services.
- Experience with Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, and Access Management technologies.
- At least one year of experience in identity and access management implementation.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript.
- Understanding of database querying and Object-Oriented Programming basics.
