OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager located in the UK to maintain and develop our business in the Europe region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of Giatec’s international sales team. You will be working on expanding Giatec’s client base in Europe and nurturing Giatec’s existing business relationships. Your goal will be ensuring long-term profitable relationships with Giatec’s clients to help accelerate the expansion of our products in the EU region. You’re an ideal fit for this role if you are passionate about technology, sales and development, have a combination of account management, and technical background with strong communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also bring an established network of contacts in the construction industry in the EU. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Based on your existing experience in the construction industry in Europe, develop a strategy to aggressively grow the adoption of Giatec’s products in the market. * Identify key strategies to accelerate revenue growth in the European region. * Research, drive and close business opportunities by selling our products to identified accounts. * Negotiating new sales agreements that will turn into long-lasting relationships. * Prepare quotes and negotiate opportunities, forecast and track key account metrics. * Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, in a construction or technology field preferably. * Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, engineering or other related fields. * Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners at a senior level. * Proven history converting leads to sales. * A clear history of bringing in new customers, building trust, and closing deals. * Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales processes and sales CRM. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Other languages would be considered as an asset. * A flexible schedule to meet the needs of our customers. * Ability to collaborate productively with all levels and areas of the organization to ensure Giatec’s customers have the best experience. * Self-starter attitude, the willingness to pursue new opportunities. * Accountability, responsibility, and ownership!
