To ensure the health and safety of our team members, including those in the recruitment process, our team members are working from home, and are equipped to do so safely and efficiently.  Imagine working for an exciting entrepreneurial company where employees are committed to meeting big challenges and making a real difference.  That's Rogers - a leading communications and media company where people come to do great work.  We are seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for providing analytical support and sales coordination.  Ideal candidates will enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing team environment and have the ability to build relationships with multiple stake holders. Reporting to the Manager, Partner Retail Sales, this position will be a Brand Ambassador for Rogers Wireless, FIDO and Chatr brands within a defined territory delivering strategic sales programs in order to achieve sales targets and KPI’s. Responsibilities:Manage assigned store territory to execute on key priorities and metricsBuild relationships with assigned store’s sales reps and management to achieve quotas and deliver on prioritiesAssist in designing and developing promotions to achieve targeted market share and revenue within territoryTrain and coach Retailer’s Associates on Systems, Tools, Promotions and Plans and highlight key differentiators to increase and/or maintain the Rogers Suite of Products Market Share for new and existing Rogers customersWork with Retailers to plan and organize exclusive Rogers and FIDO Weekend Events and onsite duty demo daysDevelop and execute Vendor Fairs/Off-Site Events/Community Events Brand Support and maximize market shareConduct in-class and virtual training sessionsTimely customer issue resolution and response to Retailer’s escalations/inquiriesAnalyze sales reports and territory sales breakdown by market/bannerAssign targets and build plans with Retailers based on percentage of contributionGather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence for assigned territoryEnsure Rogers/FIDO/Chatr are properly represented (end-caps, functional demo’s, current collateral, etc.)Monitor inventory levels and report issues and recommendations to ManagementQualifications:Post-secondary education in a business-related discipline with between 3 and 5 years' experience in the Telecommunications IndustryDemonstrated technical competence with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other systems and office automation equipmentExcellent analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skillsSolid interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsExcellent public and presentation skills in front of an audienceAbility to work independently and as a team memberTerritory management experience is preferredAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced ever-changing environmentWillingness to work flexible hours (evening & weekend) to meet changing deadlinesBilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essentialSchedule: Full timeShift:VariableLength of Contract:Not Applicable (Regular Position)Work Location: 150 Rene Levesque E, Suite 304 (072), Quebec, QC Travel Requirements:Up to 75%Posting Category/Function:Sales & Inside SalesRequisition ID:232910 Together, we'll make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work: Our people are at the heart of our successOur customers come first.
