THE COMPANY:
Dynamax is a global leader in the production and integration of environmental and agricultural IoT monitoring instrumentation. We are constantly building our sales into professional research, engineering, and agricultural -grower market.
THE POSITION:
A results-driven sales specialist or sales engineer is desired to engage customer prospects. Dynamax needs business development, proposing electronic solutions with cloud computing. The sales position presents solutions to customer problems with advanced sensors and electronic systems/software, and educates customers on Dynamax products and services, then closing sales. Coordinates efforts to promote, make quotations, contracts and engagement with purchasing. Manage distributors and sales reps outside Dynamax. A successful sales engineer has potential for management promotions.
REQUIREMENTS / Needs:
· Proven work experience as a sales representative.
· Prefer background in agriculture, crop science, irrigation or Bio-Science.
· A quick learner of scientific terminology and electronic-tech solutions.
· Knowledge of customer data bases, or a CRM follow-up system.
· Good personal and computer skills to research customers, make proposals and provide organized quotations and calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45K-70K depending on experience and management capacity.
Benefits: Include health insurance, vacations, retirement plan and incentive profit sharing.
