Job Description
MegaResistors is an engineering and manufacturing company located in Mississauga. We manufacture power resistors and custom products that are used for various applications -- power distribution, electric braking, motor control, power generation, and more.
This position pays a base salary of ~$120K to $140K, with bonuses on top of this base pay.
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for handling quotations, providing technical support to customers, and managing sales activities. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and engage in customer relationship management. Additionally, you will use your sales engineering skills to assist customers in selecting or designing appropriate product configurations for their specific needs.
Requirements:
- 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales in the electrical industry.
- Robust knowledge of power systems.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- University degree in electrical engineering.
- Candidates with a P.Eng. are preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00-$195,000.00 per year
