AHM Business Solutions is rapidly expanding and looking to add motivated Junior Account Managers to our growing team! In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our customer acquisition and sales efforts, engaging directly with customers to represent our esteemed clients. What Will You Do As A Junior Account Manager?
- Communicate directly with clients and customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and foster meaningful connections
- Serve as an ambassador for nationally-recognized brands, embodying their values and promoting a positive brand image through every customer interaction
- Accurately track and report sales data and customer information, providing feedback to clients and Senior Management
- Engage with fellow Junior Account Managers during training sessions to improve strategies, share insights, and achieve overall team goals
- Actively listen to customers to assess their needs, identifying opportunities for promotions and upselling when appropriate
- Confidently address customer questions and concerns by offering solutions through patience, active listening, and in-depth product knowledge, ensuring a positive customer experience
What Do You Need As A Junior Account Manager?
- 0-2+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment during training
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers, managers, and fellow Junior Account Managers
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with challenges, customer personalities and dynamic environments
- Proficiency with using a mobile device to input customer information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
