Sales Representative – Lubricants Products (GTA)

Sales Duties:

  • Prospect, identify, target, and close new commercial customers for lubricant products, with a focus on high-margin opportunities.
  • Provide industry-leading service and support to existing accounts as required.
  • Promptly identify and reach out to sales leads and referrals.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to expand our customer base and retain current business through tailored product offerings.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule for your assigned territory in collaboration with the company.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Utilize your experience to approach situations from multiple angles: sales, operations, and managerial.
  • Address customer issues or concerns promptly, coordinating with Operations and contractors as necessary.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with both existing and prospective clients, optimizing service quality, profitability, and satisfaction.
  • Cultivate connections with key industry partners and associations to drive business growth and referrals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest information for products and services, effectively communicating updates to customers and Operations.
  • Interface, communicate, and coordinate activities with Sales, Credit, and other departments and personnel as necessary.
  • Exemplify leadership and professionalism in all endeavors, emphasizing customer focus, sound business decision-making, innovation, positivity, and a professional image.
  • Attend and actively participate in all company meetings as required.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Record all sales call activity accurately in the CRM system.
  • Prepare credit applications, customer information sheets, loaned vendor equipment agreements, and other paperwork accurately and completely.
  • Submit price requests promptly and accurately.
  • Follow proper procedures for new account setup, coordinating with Operations to ensure timely follow-ups.
