Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team!
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving revenue growth within the Ontario Region. The position is based out of our Mississauga office. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, business acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and operations management.
We are the National leader in equipment, supplies and production solutions for apparel decorating companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation, and develop strategies to expand market share, working with small to large production shop accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects within the region
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience and Skills:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a technical or technology sales environment
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities and close deals
- Digital Printer machine and supply sales experience an asset
- Comfortable with a B2B entrepreneurial customer base
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving inside sales and achieving revenue growth
- Ability to travel as needed
