We are actively looking to hire Sales and Customer Service Associates to join our expanding team. These roles are key to providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to our growth. The Role:

As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Your ability to communicate clearly, multitask effectively, and stay organized will be key to your success in this role.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate product information
  • Managing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Professionally resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Staying up-to-date on company products and services
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Pay: $620.00-$1,260.00 per week
