Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this introductory role, you will be the primary liaison within our sales team: connecting our agents with our internal quoting team, helping to manage new quote requests, streamline communications, and ensure efficient tracking of all information in our CRM system. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in the sales coordination process. Experience with blueprint reading and construction knowledge would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate New Quote Requests:
- Receive and manage quote requests from incoming emails, outside agents and bidding exchanges; and ensure accurate and timely communication to the quoting team.
- Confirm that all necessary details are gathered and organized for efficient processing by the quoting team.
Streamline Communicaiton:
- Act as the main point of contact for new requests, managing and relaying updates between external agents and the internal team.
- Ensure all project and quoting information is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
- Assist sales and quoting team with quote follow-ups.
- CRM Management:
- Track all new quote requests, ensuring that status updates and relevant communications are logged in our CRM for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Help to maintain data accuracy and assist with CRM reporting as needed.
Documention and Information Gathering:
- Review documentation related to quote requests, including any blueprints or technical specifications provided by agents.
- Work closely with the quoting team to ensure all necessary documentation is complete for project assessment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and expertise with regards to all products and systems offered by our organization. Including all technical and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Experience and Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally coordinate with external and internal teams.
- High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple requests and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, or the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and construction principles is an asset.
- Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or coursework in business, communications, or construction is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in construction or a related field will be considered an asset.
