Overview
We are a custom metal fabricator seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional communication between clients and our internal teams. As an Account Manager / Project Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the project lifecycle from inquiry to final delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. A background in mechanics or product design is considered an asset, and candidates must be open to making cold calls when necessary.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills and a passion for analyzing market trends to drive sales success.
Duties
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on account status.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Coordinate project details from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring that all milestones are met.
- Work with internal teams, including designers and shop managers, to develop project timelines, estimates, and deliverables.
- Provide clients with regular updates, answer questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Oversee the production and installation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and with accuracy.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the design, production, or installation phases.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- A background in mechanics or product design is an asset.
- Openness to making cold calls when needed.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,477.63 per year
