With our IV Loft Wedding & Event space we are looking for a passionate, driven and outgoing candidate to join our team for the position of Event Coordinator & Sales Team Lead located at our brewery in Hespeler Village, Cambridge, Ontario.

Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment? As the leader of our event space(s) you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all functions taking place at Four Fathers Brewing Co., from start to finish. This will include (but isn’t limited to) covering marketing strategies, networking with potential clients, planning and executing food & beverage strategies while maintaining focus on our shared goal of providing an exceptional guest experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for overseeing the sales aspect involved with event management and revenue generation.

· Must have strong interpersonal skills to assess client needs, negotiate pricing and provide exceptional guest satisfaction.
· Candidate should have the ability to effectively deal with people from all backgrounds with diplomacy, tact, and patience—a master at conflict resolution.
· Extensive knowledge of food and beverage etiquette, guest relations and service standards is a necessity.
· Individual should have some experience in selling alcoholic beverages—preferably beer to licensees.

- A word wizard focusing on clarity and being concise in both written and verbal communications.
- A master of time with strong multi-tasking abilities and cognizant of crucial deadlines.

· Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help others to ensure tasks are getting done in a timely fashion.
· Schedule flexibility—work on evenings and weekends, and on short notice will be required.
· A dependable vehicle, and clean driving record is needed for travel when meeting with clients, and vendors.
