Job Summary
We are searching for a self-motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal person to fill this position will have great interpersonal skills, powerful phone skills, and a drive to make money! As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all of our customers and will be playing a key role in driving the business forward by generating leads, closing sales, and providing a seamless transition from a potential client to a loyal customer. Experience in construction would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, online platforms, & other lead-generation strategies
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with residential and commercial clients, understanding their construction needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual consultations, present company services, provide project estimates, and negotiate contracts in line with company standards.
  • Work closely with project managers and the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to project execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring that client questions are answered and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a combination of new business acquisition and repeat customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform your sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client communication in the company CRM system.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, home services, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry, including new builds and renovations, is a plus but not required.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, email, and other sales tools to track progress and manage relationships.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

*** Note *** This is a commission-only position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
