Job Description

Innostrat Solutions Inc., an ISO 9001:2015 certified company based in Waterloo, ON, is looking for a passionate account executive with exceptional result-oriented skills to manage and expand our client base, by focusing on building client relationships, analyze customer requirements and prepare cost estimates. This role involves understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful completion of projects, while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as input costs, and a proven track record in increasing sales.

INNOSTRAT is known for designing and manufacturing automated and robotic customized production lines, inspection stations and inspection gauges. The company provides CAD/CAM, multi-axis CNC machining and CMM services to automotive, defence and aerospace, oil & gas, mining, machine manufacturing, foundries, agriculture, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

· Generate new leads by overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels,

· Manage all marketing channels including social media, digital channels, client portals etc. Strategize and plan activities for attending trade shows.

· Conduct company capability/ gap analysis to match with market opportunities and create a market plan to implement those strategies.

· Work with operations team to prepare formal quotes and proposals and submit to customers using ERP system (Jobboss E2).

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.

· Collaborate with production to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage client expectations throughout the process.

· Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, market trends, and client feedback to top management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering with Marketing expertise.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales.

· Computer savvy, including CRM software, MS office suite, etc.

· Experience in marketing analysis, gap analysis, cost estimation or a similar role is an asset.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions.

· Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time
