We are seeking a proven Sales Manager to grow and lead our dedicated sales team. This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual who will not only drive sales but also provide guidance and support to our representatives in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by personally engaging in selling activities, closing deals, and generating new leads
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their skills and overall performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and optimize resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC market is a plus
