As a Customer Service Representative or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Overview
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, web, or email, assisting customers in a timely and efficient manner, using a strong customer focus to resolve complex client concerns/issues
- Foster excellent customer relationships, driving sales with current and prospective account base, through developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Build and maintain high-quality relations with assigned customers, working to increase volume of sales with customers
- Provide price quoting to customers and coordinate with onsite production department to facilitate the movement of sale through to production
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
