Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus month bonuses.
- Earn $50,000 +income!

As our BDC Sales Rep, at Performance Lexus in Cincinnati, you will funnel sales leads, set appointments, and introduce customers to the appropriate sales person upon arrival to our dealership. - Manage incoming customer internet leads.
- Ability to field and respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
- Answer questions about our products, vehicles, and sales incentives.
- Set appointments for the sales staff.
- Make follow-up calls, as well as emails, on a daily basis.
- Return to any unsold customers to ensure they have the information that they need to purchase a vehicle.

Proper phone etiquette is required for this position.
- Need to possess basic computer literacy.
- Will also need basic knowledge for using our dealership CRM software.
- Have a good driving record, with no restrictions.
- Substance screening is required for employment at Performance Lexus.
