Performance Lexus, in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking experienced and/or inexperienced professionals, to be our BDC Sales Agent, for immediate hire!


We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, sales enthusiasts to join our team at Performance Lexus in the Kings Auto Mall. As an Internet Sales Director, your role will be to manage customer internet leads, promptly answer customer inquiries, schedule dealership sales visits, and set appointments. Position details:

  • This is a full-time position, with benefits.
  • Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus month bonuses.
  • Earn $50,000 +income!
  • Training provided, at no additional cost.


As our BDC Sales Rep, at Performance Lexus in Cincinnati, you will funnel sales leads, set appointments, and introduce customers to the appropriate sales person upon arrival to our dealership. Additionally, you will direct customers to product specialists to educate them on the specifics of their vehicle of interest.

  • Manage incoming customer internet leads.
  • Ability to field and respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Answer questions about our products, vehicles, and sales incentives.
  • Set appointments for the sales staff.
  • Make follow-up calls, as well as emails, on a daily basis.
  • Return to any unsold customers to ensure they have the information that they need to purchase a vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Proper phone etiquette is required for this position.
  • Need to possess basic computer literacy.
  • Will also need basic knowledge for using our dealership CRM software.
  • Have a good driving record, with no restrictions.
  • Substance screening is required for employment at Performance Lexus.
