Account Manager
We immediately seek an Account Manager to oversee customer needs and build long-term client relationships within the sports and entertainment industries. You will work in the Los Angeles, CA area.
This full-time position offers a starting pay of $30 per hour or higher, based on your experience, with a Monday through Friday schedule and occasional overtime or weekend work as needed. You'll also be eligible for company incentives and bonus programs. Other perks include:

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include working with HR to hire, train, and evaluate staff as well as evaluating contract requirements and creating efficient work plans to deliver services on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for:
- Keeping management updated on work progress, pointing out any problems, and suggesting solutions.
- Understanding union contracts and developing working relationships with local labor unions.
- Offering additional services to increase billable work and provide extra value to the customer.
- Monitoring financial performance by reviewing budgets, costs, chargebacks, and inventory control to ensure labor and supply expenses stay within budget and meet financial goals.
- Reporting accidents and property damage in a timely manner.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in the sports or entertainment field. In addition, you must:
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite, Smart Phones, Internet and other applications.
- Have a vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Have excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- Be business savvy and understand profit and loss statements.
- Have strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure customer retention, enhance service delivery and sell services.
