Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties: - Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service - Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts - Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Provide leadership and guidance to junior account management staff Qualifications: - Proven experience in account management or sales role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Strong business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities - Excellent negotiation skills - Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,783.96-$93,088.66 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Signing bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
