Position: Sales Manager

Commission: This is a results driven role with a commission and bonus structure. Those successful in the role make mid six figures.

About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and innovate our strategies at Lyons Elite Matchmaking. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, develop robust sales strategies, and harness the power of social media for lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Take ownership of generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing high-value deals.
  • Down the road, build and manage a team of sales representatives and affiliates, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Utilize social media platforms to generate leads, engage with audience, and drive traffic to our website.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential leads and prospects through social media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably with high-ticket services or luxury products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and motivation.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for lead generation and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building rapport and closing deals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience in the matchmaking or dating industry is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.14-$38.57 per hour
