Job OverviewAs a tactical leader with solid knowledge of the organization's strategies, objectives, and plans, the Manager, Enterprise Technology, will play a key role in developing and executing IT strategies and programs that align with our holistic organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing all Enterprise Technology operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Develop and execute IT strategies, programs, and operating plans that support organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and influence on the development of strategic IT programs, initiatives, and projects.
- Oversee all Enterprise Technology operations and processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor and report relevant IT metrics to company leadership, including C-level executives and Business Unit Leaders.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide recommendations on implementation priorities.
- Identify challenges and possible solutions, taking appropriate action to resolve them, with support from the supervisor for strategic issues.
- Manage operating plans, budgets, and program goals for the Enterprise Technology department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Assist and influence strategic decisions by interacting with company leadership, including C-level executives and Business Unit Leaders.
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Oversee major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages, determining timeframes, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure security, compliance, and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or senior team members to support the overall success of the IT/ET Team and company objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to our company values of quality, client focus, teamwork, sustainability, and community, integrating these principles into daily work practices and interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Enterprise Technology field, with a proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies and programs.
- 8+ years of experience in a wide range of IT areas.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations, with expertise in areas such as network security, software development, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and drive innovation and change.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and take decisive action to achieve results.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
