Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant for our Med Spa, you will be a key player in driving business growth by building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. You will promote our suite of services, educate clients on the benefits of our treatments, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while helping clients look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients through direct sales efforts, networking, and marketing strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend tailored treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on both service packages and retail products.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Drive awareness and sales of special promotions, packages, and seasonal offers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Med Spa's services, skincare products, and trends in the aesthetic industry to effectively advise clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire client journey, from initial consultation to follow-up visits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a Med Spa, beauty, wellness, or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role with a high level of customer interaction is preferred.
