As one of our Sales Representatives, you are responsible for selling all Alcam’s products and services to the medical community in a designated territory. You will call on Hospitals, Physician Offices, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) etc.You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute specific strategies to achieve the sales, customer satisfaction and profitability goals for your assigned sales territory.
The following are a few things you’ll focus on as a Sales Representative:
Conducts daily sales calls to high potential case managers, doctors and other sales targets in assigned accounts as determined by you and the Sales Manager.
Creates and maintains call plans to qualify new and maintain existing referrals to grow the business.
Enters call plan and outcomes into the CRM.
Partners with the Sales Manager to review call plan to achieve strategic goals.
Takes and processes patient orders, collecting all documents required for billing based on company policy and forwarding orders to appropriate branch for delivery.
Sets-up and delivers hospital in-services on products and services.
Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving and following up on customer concerns.
Partners with branch management and staff as well as other functional areas within the company to drive sales growth.
Communicates and explains Medicare guidelines around private insurance procedures, pricing information, and product information to referral sources.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Clinical background in rehabilitation plus.
Proven track record in healthcare sales.
A track record for developing high-trust relationships with customers.
Highly motivated, great people skills, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, driven to be the best.
Ability to become an expert in the rehabilitation process and project confidence.
Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing.
Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner.
Ability to sell and grow customer relations.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to travel when required.
Requires proficient computer skills.
Possess proficient Microsoft Office skills
Required Credentials:
BS/BA preferred
Leadership background in academics and/or athletics
2 year of medical sales experience as a top performer
Non-revoked, valid passenger vehicle driver’s license
Compensation:
Comprehensive base salary
Commission
Full benefits package after 90 days of employment
