Overview

We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic and results driven Sales Representative's to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in sales management, negotiating, and inside sales within the freight industry. The Sales Representative's will be responsible for acquiring new customers/accounts and building relationships with new and current clients.

This position requires cold calling, finding new customers and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

- Conduct sales activities to grow the customer base and meet sales targets

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

- Developing business through cold calls, networking and relationship building

- Liaison between the customer and operations/pricing team

Experience

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight industry

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes

- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
