Luxury plumbing showroom looking to add a Sales Consultant to our driven sales team. Our team excels in exceeding our clients' expectations by providing a premier customer service experience. Our clients range from Designers, Architects, Custom Home Builders to general retail.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and advise customers on products and services
- Consistently walk the showroom floor to actively engage clients
- Proactively develop new sales opportunities with support from the company’s marketing team
- Provide an elevated service experience for each client by identifying needs, providing information and quick follow up for a seamless interaction
- Develop a strong network of clients, foster client relationships for repeat business and support a long-term relationship with them
- Create quotes and sales orders reflecting the needs of the client
- Achieve sales objectives and monitor key performance indicators set
- Participate in product knowledges and career development training
- Update and input data correlated to sales and customer interaction into ERP system daily
- Participate and contribute to bi-weekly sales meetings
Key qualifications:
- Sales and customer service experience within A&D sector
- Proven track of meeting and exceeding sales metrics, with a focus on closing
- High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, and professional attitude
- Excellent computer skills
- Interest for design and space planning
- Minimum 3 yrs. previous sales experience is required; experience in bath & kitchen/home furnishings is an asset
- Experience using a CRM or ERP is an asset
Compensation: Salary + Commission
