Sales Manager

Brampton, Ontario

Up to 100K salary plus benefits, incentives, car and phone allowance

· Hiring, training, motivating, and managing a team of Account Managers.

· Develop, own, meet, and exceed annual sales targets.

· Create and review individual sales plans.

· Assisting the Director of Sales with pipeline reviews and overseeing company sales targets.

· Strategize to close opportunities.

· Accompany Account Managers in the field on sales calls aiding in the effective communication of our value proposition and closing the sale.

· Work with procurement, customer service, marketing, and operations managers to continue to improve sales support.

· Manage inventory.

· Manage price increases.

· Create accountability for the Sales team.

· Ensure CRM compliance.

· Organize monthly sales team meetings.

· Organize and facilitate supplier meetings and training sessions.

· Onboard and train new hires.

Qualifications

· Post Secondary Education in Business or Marketing preferred

· 2-3 years of experience in Sales Manager role

· Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills

· Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.

· Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

· Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Excellent teamwork and team building skills.

· Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.

· Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

· Experience creating incentives and compensation plans.

· Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.

· High level of proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
