We are seeking a result driven, hunter mentality, Account Manager to join our sales team in the exciting world of growing media dedicated to the medicinal market! In this position, you will play a key role in developing and managing Commercial key accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving significant sales growth.

Your future role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales target and realize growth
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new and LP’s and MSO cannabis growers as potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client accounts
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most effective growing media solutions from our product portfolio
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products
  • Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies
  • Participate in social media, trade shows, and other commercial events
  • Travel frequently within your designated territory

Required skills

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales within the medicinal market industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • A network of established contacts within the North American cannabis industry
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively influence purchasing decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of the cannabis industry, particularly growing media solutions
  • A passion for the horticulture industry and a strong understanding of plant science is a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout North America as required
