Technical Account Manager
ABOUT US:
Senior PsychCare Health (SPC Health) provides fully integrative behavioral health services to the long-term care patient, at their facility. Services include individual, family, and group therapies, along with diagnostic evaluation and collaborative intervention between the therapy team and the psychiatric team.
Senior PsychCare has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to support our Marketing Team in Houston.
The Technical Account Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining SPC Health’s digital presence. The Technical Account Manager will manage job-relevant marketing software and digital systems in conjunction with SPC Health’s IT department. In addition, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for website functionality, digital technology, and content consistency across all SPC Health’s online engagement platforms.
The ideal candidate will be up to date with digital trends, have a strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, and digital metrics. The ideal candidate will also have experience with current marketing tools and strategies and collaboratively execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Essential Job Functions:
- Will need to have CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience of at least 2 years. ZOHO CRM experience preferred.
- This person will be the critical bridge between the external sales team to internal and field staff. People skills are a huge plus.
- Will maintain relationships, initiated from our external sales team, with current contracts and pursue adding secondary/additional service(s).
- Assist in the planning, ideation, creation, and publishing of content to SPC Health’s social media accounts. This includes Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
- Plans and executes digital and direct response marketing campaigns on social media, banner ads, and email marketing,
- Analyzes and tracks reporting models in digital marketing and generates monthly reports on all campaigns.
- Collaborates with the marketing team and IT Departments to advance projects and maintain a positive image of the practice.
- Generates and syncs digital directory listings on various internet platforms such as Google My Business, YELP, Healthgrades, etc. Crafts Search Engine Optimization (SEO) content for use on external websites and digital marketing advertisements.
- Acquires insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- Supports department-based goals to contribute to the success of the practice.
- Create design concepts and make recommendations for marketing materials and promotional items.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of working experience as an Account Manager or Similar role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in social media, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Must also have a pulse on emerging social platforms.
- Experience working in Photoshop or other photo-editing software.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media management tools like GoDaddy, Hoot Suite, etc.
- Proficient with Visio, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and WordPress
